In KS

We've been in KS for quite some time and I think Grace is starting to like running around like a country girl.

Here she is hanging out on a country road outside the town my mom lives in. Notice the wind? That's considered a light breeze in this neck of the woods.

Here is a house in Kingman. Gives new meaning to having a basement.

Grace in the new wheat.

The road two blocks down from my mom's house.

Swedish Baby.

Random pretty KS countryside pictures.

My mom in the hospital being visited by the Headrick kids.

Grandma and Cortland at home.

The amazing pretzel baby.

Cortland and Joycelyn, his girlfriend. They were born on the same day.

Nahhh, that's just a house in the town where she lives. My mom lives in a plain ol' brick ranch with windows and everything. Boring.

BUT, let's get a bobcat anyway! It will be the perfect fathers day gift!

Your mom looks great! And Cortland is just so darn cute. And Grace looks like she's so at home in the country. I love the road sign, that's great. Thanks for posting all the pics!

I forgot to tell you this story about the house picture! Jim and i were trying to locate someone in a small "town" down from his mother's town, and not finding his house, we went to the local little store and asked. "Oh! yeah, he lives in the BASEment house! That BASEment house is just up the road there neartend. You can't miss it. It's the BASEment house."
so we drive and drive and drive and look and look but are not finding a basement house. We saw something that looked like a bunker but it was in the middle of the "block" and the wrong address. The only house at the end of the road was a nice two story house...correct address...hey waaaaaiiiiittttt a minute...it had little windows at the bottom, AS IF IT HAD A BASEMENT.
cracked me UP! It was the only house in like several towns that had a freaking basement.
hahahahaha.
come home right now.
ok come home tomorrow. i can adjust. i have lots of stuff i need help with.
