Mom is more responsive today than yesterday. She's been awake for about 30 minutes now (since we got here) and is more demonstrative when I talk to her.
She's still on the ventilator and the lung doctor said that she'll stay on it at least for another 24 hours. Today is supposed to be all about rest so we're trying to keep quiet when we're in her room.

So thankful your mom keeps getting better. Tell her tanya says hey. And please tell your grandma I am thinking of her. i bet she has had the bejeeezus skeeered out of her.
