Baby Bird Lips

This morning I was eating my Malt-o--Meal in the living room with Cortland on his knees in front of me; wobbling a bit because he doesn't have much balance yet; his face turned up and his little mouth opening and closing like a baby bird.

Of course I shared. Who could say no to that.
